Meet Buzzy

"My NEW Boss"

This is my new boss, "Buzzy." He's here to remind me that time is ticking by and I need to get serious about finishing the 100 or so projects I've started around here."

Setting up a new blog, a place to showcase what I do—hopefully in a pleasing and entertaining way—is a very good start. 

Buzzy will be appearing in some of the illustrations I create for the page. What? Oh, didn't know I was a graphic designer/artist too? I wear a lot of hats. I've done a lot of things over half a century, seen some things, learned some stuff, smoked too many cigarettes, and made art, lots and lots of art! My middle name should be Adobe; I've earned it. But, of late, I'm hooked on a new app called Sketchbook, an amazing design app that allows me to pretty much work on the fly. I can drop out of the page, create a graphic or illustration (like this one) for an article or post, and pop it in without losing my stride. 

Buzzy and I have much to do to get this place ready for success in whatever form it takes.

I'm trying to quit smoking—it's hard—but the coffee's brewing, and I feel a story coming on. I need to get to work. Let me know what you think of Buzzy, and he'll let you know what he thinks of you if you say something nice, or not
